After downloading the file just extract the file using the password and import “.dng” file inside the achieve to lightroom mobile.
After Importing open the File in Lightroom and click on Image options (Right top corner 3 Dots) and click on Create Preset. Now Save the preset with a file name in your desired Preset Group.
After Successful saving you will find this preset under preset group.
